Horrible customer service, girl came to the window stating food would ready in 5 minutes after I already placed the order in 30 minutes prior. When I come back she’s trying to ignore me standing there waiting for the food so I start knocking on the window and after 3 attempts of me being ignored my food is suddenly already packed and ready to go as she starts handing it to me without saying anything at all. I then noticed she forgot my soda so I go back and she has a even nastier attitude , won’t be going back

Waited an hour in line just for them to tell me they ran out of what I ordered… after I already ordered it and paid 50$ for it. In order to get a refund of my money it would take 7 business days. Horrible experience. Employees are rude.

Amazing!!! I ordered the Cali-crunch and it was great!! We also ordered Man vs fries cheesecake...I cannot out into words how amazing this is, I have never seen or tasted anything like it. The next day I ordered 3 to bring back home for everyone to have some. I used Ubereats and it was less than 30 minutes. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews but do not let them deter you!!! I'm picky with my food and I highly recommend Man vs Fries. Next time I'm in Philly I will be there!!! You must try that cheesecake.

Have ordered twice and first time they delivered the wrong order and it was ice cold. 2nd time once again same thing. Don’t even waste your time. Garbage

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered food on door dash from Man vs Fries and there is a dirty used glove in my bag of food I am so disgusted! I tried to call and the number does not work. I am highly upset

Don’t be fooled. Terrible food, I think a washing machine can put together a better burrito. Tastes like stale Walmart tortilla and paste for rice. The fries inside were awful still but edible compared to the other parts. And I paid $40 for TWO burritos. Bro…. What a sham. So I ordered delivery from door dash from this place @ 1:15pm the time is now 2:35pm and my dasher has been waiting all that time for my order and just got ready. And then the number is out of order. NEVER AGAIN!!
Forgot my sour cream that i paid extra for, got the Hella dilla, super underwhelming. Fried Oreos are good but overall it’s meh

Went here on my way to a concert at Union Transfer. The woman working was so helpful and extremely nice!! We sat outside and ate, and the food was delicious!
