We went here to pick up a baklava tray and ended up staying for dinner. Best, creamiest hummus we’ve ever tasted! The chicken was delicious and the bread was wonderful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Best baklava in Philadelphia. Can’t wait to return and bring our family.

This place is great for people who want some well-seasoned & flavored food. Service was nice they smile & make sure you get everything you ask for The Atmosphere holds your attention but also gives off this calm nautical nature 10/10 pls try the rose milkshake!!

Food has always been top notch...service is not upto the mark at all...no one cares..u order upfront n get ur food urself when ur nmbr is called out..poor customer servce but excellent food especially tiger fries

Their falafel sandwich is really the best around this area (I married into an Armenian-Lebanese family so I have some experience), but today I tried their Rose and Pistachio Shake with my half sandwich (the other half I brought home). An amazing shake. Give it a try.

The food is good... prices are very high. My favorite is their shawarma and babaganouj. Buuttt….

My main issue is the customer service. Especially in the bakery/dessert counter. I feel the service is lacking and I was treated a bit rudely last time I was there. The workers having conversations and ignoring the customers is never acceptable. The restaurant side has better service and the men over there are more attentive than the woman at the dessert counter.

Customer service can make or break your business.

I want to give more stars but you must first address the customer service issue. No one wants to spend a good deal of money and be treated poorly by staff.

The staff was lovely, despite being a bit slow. An older woman should not have to work that late! I appreciate her service, though.
I went with friends I hadn't seen in a while. We wrote and read each other poetry. It is a great place to collaborate on things you're working on

Serving sizes are much much larger than you think they are! Get one or two dishes and share them with the table and you'll have plenty. Food was excellent, but the ordering and delivery seemed a little confused. With food like that, I'll be back anyway, and hoping possibly they will ship some of their pastries
