Manon brewery has officially disappointed me. It is our favorite restaurant and we go there at least once a week but I had just picked up my girlfriend from school and called ahead to make sure the kitchen wasn’t gonna close. Got there in time but when I asked the hostess for a table, they said their kitchen was closed, and their table service was done. That they want to get out of there late at night but the way they went about it was not polite and I expected better. I am reluctant to come back.

Fun bar with well made drinks. Margarita was tasty and strong. Bartender very efficient

Hosted our staff holiday party here last year, but went to the restaurant part for the first time the other day to eat while watching the game. We sat at the outdoor bar, which wasn't really crowded so we found a seat easily. It's pretty spacious out there with traditional tables, the bar and some high tops as seating options. Bartender automatically came over to greet us and see what we would want for drinks.

They had a fall drink menu, so I tried the mule that was on that list, which I liked! Still had the fizz and taste of a mule but the hint of cinnamon and other fall-based ingredients did make it feel a bit more seasonal. The food was good too. I was originally going to try the Nashville chicken sandwich but, based on recommendations from the bartender, I went with the Buffalo Chicken flatbread instead. It was served hot, fresh and a good size portion. The taste was there and good distribution of chicken throughout the entire flatbread. I took a bit of his entree (the burger) which was cooked well, tasty and also a good size portion.

Cool, chill spot with some good bar food options. Will be back again.

NOT a restaurant, it's a bar with jacked up prices on half-servings of food (and I asked at the door before we entered if it was a "restaurant" or just a bar, they said "restaurant"). Worst dining experience I've had in Manayunk (and that's saying something). Wife ordered a flatbread cheese steak, some overpriced mix drink, and I got the chicken pesto thing. I say "thing" because I'm not sure what it was supposed to be. It was burnt chicken on a pita bread wrap with some other crap, but the burnt chicken overpowered the rest of it. The two bites I got that weren't burnt were actually really good, but that didn't last long. Also, the thing was barely the size of my hand, in depth, width, AND height.

My wife's "cheese steak" on flatbread was about the same size, about 1/8 of an inch thick, and maybe the size of two female hands. It was cheese on bread with a few pieces of meat which I guess were supposed to be the "steak" part. It was NOT a cheese steak in any way, shape, or form, and in no way tasted anything like you would expect something calling itself a "cheese steak" to taste.

Both of these little baby-sized portions, along with the over priced mix drink (which I'll forgive because that's expected) came out to $47. Absolutely ridiculous.

Service-wise, the waitress was apparently pretty overwhelmed, I won't give her too much crap because the food alone was reason to never come back, and she wasn't trying to be unpleasant so whatever. However, we didn't get napkins with our food until we flagged a waitress down and asked for them.

We stopped in here for a drink before heading to a concert at the Linc on a Sunday in mid-August. It was a nice time and we avoided most traffic by coming here. We sat at the bar. The beer was good and cold. The bartender was attentive. He gave us some complimentary popcorn which was a nice snack. We didn’t order any other food although in hindsight maybe we should have. It’s probably good. The atmosphere was laid back and easy going. I saw a sign that they were voted best event venue or something like that so they must have a lot of space behind the bar. I’d go here again.

Order lots of different items from sushi to fig flatbread along with ne honey mustard chicken handheld and Hawaiian chicken kebab over rice.
We also order some cocktails to pair with dinner.

If I had the choice to rate my entire experience it's most definitely a 15/10 the overall ambiance seating by the river and fantastic food made this day the best day this summer. Thank you soo much for a great experience

Good food and good vibes.

Fun with Crave

The atmosphere was awesome. Was there with a group, and service was fast and friendly. The front bartender was really nice and patient with me as I didn't know what to order. This was my first time.

Not a place I will visit again. Maybe it’s good at various times or for certain events. I really can’t say it was bad but don’t really have anything special or good to comment on.
