I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this place...especially Sasha! She’s not only super kind and welcoming, but also genuinely brightens up your morning with her energy. You can tell she actually cares about the people coming in.
She remembered my order after just a couple visits, made it perfectly, and served it with the sweetest smile. Beautiful inside and out.....it really makes a difference when someone treats you like a regular, even if you’re new. The bagels are great and the service honestly makes it even better. Thanks for making my mornings a little brighter!

Me and my fiancé come here to manhattan frequently. We were in the area of this location and it was completely different than the usual experience. We received our order since we ordered on the kiosk. It was the wrong bagel for my fiancé he wanted onion rather than the French toast one. He went up and asked them to switch it since it was an easy fix. The lady at the front looked confused, even after being shown the receipt. Then the manager came out and was basically screaming at him that he ordered it wrong on the kiosk and it was his fault. Then she reluctantly remade the bagel which took two seconds since they just switched the bagel. Overall not the experience we usually have. I think they were very hostile for no good reason.
Our favorite weekend spot for quick breakfast! Only location near us that does a big breakfast burrito! Customer service has been great and order is done fast. Highly recommend this location.

when someone orders pork roll on a sandwich that means they want pork roll, not bacon.
Order from them this morning anround 9 sumthin am. off of chownow. I got a Cesar salad with thousand island dressing; the salad was the fresh some of my lettuce was browning, the tomatoes was slimy, & they gave me Caesars dressing instead of what I asked for. The yogurt with fresh fruit parfait was old.fruit was sour taste & granola was steal. They also forgot my hash brown. This was my first & last time ordering from them.
