Me and my fiancé come here to manhattan frequently. We were in the area of this location and it was completely different than the usual experience. We received our order since we ordered on the kiosk. It was the wrong bagel for my fiancé he wanted onion rather than the French toast one. He went up and asked them to switch it since it was an easy fix. The lady at the front looked confused, even after being shown the receipt. Then the manager came out and was basically screaming at him that he ordered it wrong on the kiosk and it was his fault. Then she reluctantly remade the bagel which took two seconds since they just switched the bagel. Overall not the experience we usually have. I think they were very hostile for no good reason.
Our favorite weekend spot for quick breakfast! Only location near us that does a big breakfast burrito! Customer service has been great and order is done fast. Highly recommend this location.

Order from them this morning anround 9 sumthin am. off of chownow. I got a Cesar salad with thousand island dressing; the salad was the fresh some of my lettuce was browning, the tomatoes was slimy, & they gave me Caesars dressing instead of what I asked for. The yogurt with fresh fruit parfait was old.fruit was sour taste & granola was steal. They also forgot my hash brown. This was my first & last time ordering from them.
I order food from the web site "too good to go" and Manhattan Bagel is always on there,,,it's a site where restaurants and some grocery stores gets rid of there leftover food at the end of the day for a lower price. So I go to Manhattan Bagel to get my bagels, but I always went to Manhattan Bagels anyway.

hi there, just went to that place lately, i was excited to try something there but when i came there and tried to order, cause of girl couldn’t understand what i am talking about she asked me to ask in russian, does anybody else think that it’s not okay here? i am half of Ukrainian so i do understand something so she said like “speak russian, please” wth i should speak russian here to make an order? about my breakfast, sandwich wasn’t really good, if i can upload the pic i will, coffee is good there, i liked it, they have a few flavours which you can add to coffee so it tastes better! i hope to come back there to try something else but in another place so i can order in language which i am more comfortable in.

The worst business in the whole area besides the time for receive the orders is so much... they are ridiculous by giving an extra bag or just a cup holder....
One of the worst business to order in this area... I never will recommend this as a good option for buy anything at all
