I ordered a bacon egg sandwich. Bacon was a joke. The bagel itself was good. Don’t waste your money on bacon here.

Bagels great but customer service from a particular worker lacks care and quality and is very rude. He needs training on how to treat all customers appropriately.
I ordered from Manhattan Bagels in Rittenhouse Square hoping for a quick, decent breakfast while traveling. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty terrible from start to finish.
I was staying less than five minutes away, so delivery was fast—but that was the only positive. My bagel was not toasted at all, just a cold, dense roll with clumps of cold butter barely spread over it. The hash brown was soggy, undercooked, and completely lukewarm. To top it off, the “fresh” orange juice arrived borderline hot with no ice, making it pretty much undrinkable.
All I wanted was a simple breakfast, and instead it was honestly abysmal. Really disappointing for a place that specializes in bagels and breakfast food.

Needed a quick bite to eat, always walk by Manhattan Bagel but never had it before!
I got the tuna salad on sesame and the bagel itself was delicious. Crispy exterior but still soft. The tuna was okay, it was a little watery. My friend got the nova lox on sesame and he felt the same way. Great bagel but OK ingredients otherwise.
Overall, I think there are better options so I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back. If I was in a pinch and in the area I could see myself getting a bagel again.

Order: French toast breakfast sandwich
What I received: dry plain bagel half made sandwich.. now nobody’s answering the phones .. what a way to end the year when you’re starving for lunch ..
This has to be a joke. These are the worst bagels I've ever tasted in my life. I got the avocado toast. They avocado was brown and tasted like it was brown. The bagels are chewy like gum.
I love manhatten bagel, I hate the third party delivery service they use. Chow now doesnt allow for any way to order multiple of one bagel in a bakers dozen. Enjoy your thirteen different bagel flavors shoved in one bag. Enjoy everything getting tossed around with cinnamon raisin. Yall are a multi billion dollar company and rely on third party trash apps. What a joke.

With all the local bagel shops that have opened it’s easy to look at Manhattan bagel, a national chain, and pooh-pooh them as assembly line bagels. Nothing could be further from the truth. Their bagels are not only delicious, but they come in far more varieties that can be found anywhere else. The bagels have a nice firm exterior and a chewy interior and are generous in size. They are superior to the competition.

Very nice people and service. Really cute place. I was looking for a NY style bagel and asked at a coffee shop and they didn't know. I found it in search. Really good place.
