The store in Roxborough service was terrible n one of the servers was extremely rude n Nasty. and when calling to speak to the Manager Sarah she said we dont have the time to serve everyone n i said ive been coming her for awhile and the lady who serves me always gives it to me over here sarah said that that server is nice n will serve you over there we dont have time to be that nice. i will never go back to that store again it was not the first time they were rude to me n my family. im done

Bagels are mids at best. I spend a lot of time traveling between philly and NYC.
These bagels are like 15% smaller than most NYC bagels.
Any specialty bagel place in NYC or NJ blowes this out of the water.
And to be honest 50% of bodega bagels in NYC are better than this.
Scallion cream cheese looks like it was made with dried herbs (not fresh) and my toasted everything had almost nothing on the outside of it and was not really toasted.

Decent place. Food is very good. They get busy sometimes and the people get a little curt when it is. I don’t like that they don’t answer the phone when they get busy, but I haven’t had to wait too long when I order in-house. Heads up - the parking is terrible to non-existent. The grub hub people have no problem boxing you in.

I almost inhaled this bagel when I ordered it. All of the textures from the crispy edges of the bagel to when u bit inside and the brisket just melted in your mouth were perfection.
They are also so so nice, I left my purse there after I left and they were able to return it to me :)

The food at this location has a very distinct trash-like taste to it. Absolutely disgusting food. I’ve given it a few chances and every time it’s brutal, I’ve officially learned my lesson. The food is just terrible
