I have ordered from this place a lot of times, and a lot of times they have gotten my order wrong. The driver fought one time about an order that was wrong and he did not want to take it back. I had to call the restaurant just for them to send me the correct food.Another time the drive got upset because he felt as though I did not tip him enough. Another time is when I ordered and Vegetable roll with Chicken, and it came without the chicken although I paid for it. I ordered and small all in one pizza and it was missing several of the ingredients, and when I called them, they told me I was wrong. I told them to come and see if my order was right, and when the guy came, he saw that my order was wrong. I still tipped the guys since he came (I am less than a mile away I might add.Recently, I tried to order of the lunch menu and they wouldn't honor my order because of the day although I have ordered from the lunch menu on the weekends many times. I tried today and the guy says he doesn't.Now, I understand you would probably want me to order the Cheesesteak that is not on the lunch special because the price is more. As someone who also works industry Hand-Tossing and Stretching Pizzas, doing grille work such as Cheesesteaks, Quesadillas, Burgers, etc.; as well as fries and short orders, Hoagies, etc.; you honor what your menu says. You honor your guests/customers as well- especially if there's a history of frequent ordering and making and delivering and missing orders and wrong orders.Do better Marcello's. You guys dropped the ball and I gave many chances because the food used be good. After today, I gotta say you guys should be ashamed misguiding your customers.Grade: FCumulative grade: 1.3

I went in because I was craving chicken wings and ordered a platter with cheese fries on the side-very tasty and crispy just wish they had coleslaw, which is something they don't offer here because it's not in demand, I guess im different as I love a side of slaw to balance the meal? regardless still a nice lil spot and will be ordering from here whenever I feel the desire for wings!

I ordered take out for my family including grandchildren. The Corleone pizza with pepperoni, a plain cheese pizza, and a plain white pizza were all delicious. The tomato sauce is yummy. We also got FF wings and Caesar salad. The FF and wings were crispy and delicious. And the salad was good too. This was my first time ordering from Marcelo’s and will definitely choose them again. The staff was friendly too.
These guys are friendly and great. Pizza and dinners and wings are great. Chicken franchise and chicken marsala taste great and portions are really big.
