I found a coin( penny in my bowl) . I ordered the kimchi ramen without meat , (if it comes with meat and you don’t want the meat you have to still pay same price ?)asked the cashier ( who was ok ) can I substitute it with corn n carrots?? He said No , I said they do it for me on Samson . He then replied I can call the owner but you’re gonna get someone fired @ MariMari 2 ( Samson) . I said all you can do is ask (without being rude ) . He then called the “Owner “ , he said the owner doesn’t do substitutes. Ok , fine. I placed my order kimchi Ramen without meat and added broccoli, corn & carrots, with two rolls spicy crab & shrimp. The cashier then proceeded to give the last shrimp roll to the next order . So my shrimp it’s coming from the back( was not fresh nor hot ) .the cashier shouts something to the cook ?? I took pictures . while the cashier is on the phone with the owner the cook is in the back listening. No problem. My ramen comes out ( to go) Order is $25.18. I pay go . I go home to eat the Kimchi Ramen get to the last slurp and it’s a Penny ( coin ) in it . At the bottom of the bowl. Yes the black stuff in there is brunt carrots . I’m sick . Calling the department of health , code n compliance- this is unacceptable. I asked a ? , I should have never been penalized for asking a ? About a menu item. I’m so disgusted, I loved Mari Mari up until yesterday. I would have taken it back , but I went 7pm . So disappointing and rude

The kitchen completely messed up my order. I ordered pork as a topping and they gave me chicken. And then I ordered spicy tan tan as my ramen and they gave me the kimchi broth. If you go, double check your order before leaving
