On a recent trip to Philly, I was lucky enough to enjoy a sandwich at Rustica at The Bourse in downtown Philly. I wisely & thankfully chose The Parma for lunch. I have to say it was the best chicken parm sandwich I have ever had. Considering I'm from Boston & live fairly close to the North End, that is saying a lot.
