Stopped in here while visiting Philly. Besides Marino brother and like 4 other places, the Bourse Building is a ghost town. You could tell it was once a busy food court but that seems to be long ago. I had the Works Cheesesteaks. It was good, nothing special to it really tho. It was tasteful and got the job done but I'd look for a different spot for a more Philly Cheesesteak experience. If you don't really care and just wanna steak, this is your spot.

The Bourse used to be a bustling Mecca for food and now there are lots of empty stalls. The Marino Bros is one of the few stalwarts and the Bourse is lucky to have them going strong.
