I went there with a small group of good people. I was friendly to the staff. When drinks were ordered, I was not asked. I had to ask for my drink more than once. For my entree, I ordered Stuffed Flounder, which was bland almost to the point of tastelessness. There was very little crab stuffing, and the entree itself was surrounded by a weak, watery juice. I only ate less than half of it. I should have brought it to the staff's attention as soon as possible because when later asked by one of the waitresses how everything was, and I told her, she said, "you should have told me earlier." I just let it go. I asked my husband to taste it, and he said it tasted horrible. I really did not enjoy the entire experience, except for being with my family. That was great.

A nice old school spot, filled with nostalgia and good, traditional Italian American food.

Appetizer: Had a plain pizza, topped with a lovely drizzle of pesto. 👌🏻

Dinner: Marra’s Chicken Parm was a delight! The wide, thin chicken cutlet was perfectly fried and breaded, paired with a rich sauce and a side of pasta in garlic and oil.

It hit the spot! 🎯

Kid-friendliness: Good menu, quiet atmosphere, can accommodate families.

Food was exactly what I was craving; authentic Italian. Lots of menu options for chicken, seafood, veal etc.
big portions and tasted very fresh. Calamari were good, chicken Alaska was delish, gnocchi great. Paired too well with red and white wine
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also noticed they have a seating area upstairs for events
Also, heard it’s been family owned for 100 years!

Will never go back and will never order takeout pizza ever. I sat there with my friend in the dining area for 10 minutes the waitress walked by me 3 * didn't acknowledge me didn't even say I'll be right with you my friend went to the bathroom came back up we didn't even get a glass of water she kept talking to the other two tables One customer came in after us and she took their order our menus were both down. As soon as we both got up and left after 10 minutes and she came over and said I'll be right with you worst experience ever worst service ever will never go back and I was a loyal customer for 25 years. Not worth the aggravation.!!!!!.

Marra's rules. I hosted a birthday party in their banquet hall and it was wonderful. I've been to the restaurant numerous times (they have my favorite pizza in the city) and they went above and beyond to make the banquet hall experience really lovely. They helped decorate, the service was incredibly attentive, and they were patient and calm with me during the planning process (which I waffled on in for both number of guests and entrees). Everyone was thrilled with the food, both the quality and portions. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I've been here before. This time the service was terrible. Of course the lady would say you didn't get any service so how can you rate. I came in with my friend and they told me where to sit. The older little lady that waited on the booths didn't even say ill be right with you or anything. She let us sit there while we wonder even if she knew we were alive. I went to the men's room and came back and I asked my friend if she came over and he said no. She talked to the ladies in the booth across from us and again didn't even say hello. Two other ladies came in and she got them soft drinks after everything I just said happened. I said to my friend let's go. At that time we had our coats and we're leaving that's when she said she was coming then I said that's ok. Im not going to be treated like it is a favor to serve me. I order pizzas from there to be delivered also. That is never going to happen again.

The food was decent but BEWARE, the food prices listed on their Google business profile are NOT remotely accurate (at the time of writing this). ALL PRICES are increased anywhere from 50%-to approaching 100% depending on what you order. This is waaaaay beyond inflation and just price gouging. I won’t be coming here again, very misleading and just price gouging.

Parking: It’s hard to find parking without being ticketed or getting dinged by another car. There are limited and very tight spaces.

No one can seem to get a white pizza order done correctly. First time trying this place out. I thought the instructions were clear. They were clear enough that the pizza was cold when I picked it up. Basically, there seemed to be enough time to let the pizza sit and get cold, but not enough time to quality check the order and make sure the order is what was ordered. I don't think I'll give this place another try.

It's disappointing when a simple one topping pizza without sauce is difficult to make when it's scheduled beforehand for pickup.

They have the best pizza in Philly. Their antipasto is awesome as well. I had other dishes too. They were awesome also. Reasonably priced and great service. ❤️

Neighborhood cornerstone Marra’s is where you go to feel at home. With a wide array of old school classics this place has something for everyone, vegetarians and meat lovers alike. While many will tell you to go for the pizza, we usually order pastas, salad, and some very reasonably priced wine. The pasta alla vodka with no prosciutto is perfection.
