Great service, good place and cozy atmosphere

We absolutely love this cafe! They are wonderful for just a meal with family/friends, or to host your celebration! The staff is great, the owners are wonderful! After so many visits, they treat you like family. Food is absolutely delicious!! A perfect stop for a full meal, or just some coffee/ tea and dessert! Can’t wait to be back!

Masal is my new favorite Turkish restaurant! The food is super tasty — everything fresh and flavorful, especially the Iskander kebab and baklava. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Cozy place with great vibes. Definitely coming back!

Very disappointing meal and service. After spending $100 for 2 people (we only got 2 meals, 1 app and 2 coffees), I can confidently say I will not return again.
The food was very lack luster and service was more lacking than the food.
My mom and I both ordered kebab meals that say come with rice and salad, well that is not what we got.
My meal came with French fries, dry chicken and a salad.
My mom’s meal came with 2 tablespoons of rice, sausage looking lamb kebab and 2 pieces of French fries and 3 pieces of vegetables.
At this point, I had to ask 3 times for a glass of water…
I asked the waiter why my meal did not have rice, the waiter was confused and said : “we have no more rice.” He looked confused that I would question why I’m getting fries instead of the rice that it comes with. He said they are completely out of rice and can’t do anything for us.
My mom and I chose to just eat and not return.
The server did not return to check on us, get containers or ask if we wanted anything else. I got up to go get the check from the counter and kindly let the staff and what looked like the manager that we did not receive what we ordered but are going to pay for the food regardless. The manager was defensive and had no customer service training at all. She acted like I was trying to get something for free. She said her staff and herself didn’t know about this and did not say sorry once.
I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place.

Amazing food, Cozy atmosphere, Incredible service! It is truly delightful experience. I try new restaurants every week, Masal Cafe is probably the best one so far. I love coming here!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was so beautiful and welcoming. The staff were kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or a special night out. I will definitely be coming back again!

The best lahmacun I had since Türkiye! Cozy cafe and the service was great. Great place for gatherings and party’s. Very pleased.
