Horrible service. Wouldn’t explain what the different meats are, were rushing me. And there was no one even there. Very very rude staff

Service was friendly and sesame chicken was so crispy. Yummy.
It tastes exactly like what it is supposed to be - cheap, delicious, American hood Chinese food. Nice and sweet meats with greasy noodles and fried rice. You don't go here for a gourmet meal, it's a place to get a delicious meal for $7. You won't be disappointed for the value and taste.

We were in the mall this afternoon and we just had to grab a light lunch/dinner. We viewed the rest but settled on this restaurant instead. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very good. I enjoyed the experience immensely. I highly recommend Master Wok in Philadelphia.

The food does not taste great for it to be costing a lot of money. It taste like someone threw it in the microwave and called it a day. Then the area is hot. But if people wanna try this place and have their own opinion they can.

Master Wok is a great place for a quick Chinese takeout meal within the Liberty Place food court. The have BBQ Chicken, so I was sold immediately. I've seen it called BBQ Chicken and Bourbon Chicken at different places, always within malls and food courts, but for some reason never at the neighborhood Chinese restaurants in my area, and thats why I'll always prefer a place like Master Wok to my local Chinese restaurants. One meal, yes, I like it that much. Also, service here was good, the ladies working are always so nice. My fiancé enjoyed the Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein she got as well. Great, quick meal before we headed to a show.

The chicken was dry and overcooked but has a nice flavor. The lo mein had zero flavor at all. I've never had a lo mein not taste like anything before.

I’ve been a big fan of Master Wok for years. Back when I was a student at Temple, I used to come here almost every day—it was a go-to spot for a satisfying meal. That’s why I was so disappointed with my recent experience at this branch.
The food quality was noticeably poor, which is not something I’ve come to expect from Master Wok. On top of that, the service was inattentive and unprofessional, making the overall experience quite frustrating. I really hope this location takes steps to improve, because it’s disappointing to see such a great brand being represented so poorly.

I have had their veggie fried rice with bbq chicken and some hours after I developed diarrhea and vomiting overnight with fever and chills as I have never gotten sick in my entire 29 years. I advise you don't eat any food in this place, just check the other reviews for reference.
