I've been to France many times and I thought to myself nothing in the states could come close.. Until I came to Matine's. The atmosphere - ambience - environment was beautiful and chill. Croissants were delicious! Would definitely recommend coming in and trying everything.

I absolutely love this café! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The coffee is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Their food menu is just as impressive, with fresh, flavorful dishes that taste as good as they look. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. Especially Cassie who always seems to get my drink order perfectly every time! Whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or lingering over brunch, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Cute place, great staff, fresh and delicious food and coffee as well as interesting drink options, seasonal and otherwise, that I look forward to trying! Cassie is wonderful, I am unsure about the other comments on here but she does go above and beyond for the staff and workers, she makes a great latte and she is very professional. I am unsure about the harsh comments here, all I DO KNOW is the manager Cassie is a sweet angel who is doing the best she can!

staff seemed stressed, i don't think there was enough staff to handle the workload. food didn't seem super fresh. For how much of a hike it is to get here, I think it's kind of overhyped :/

Had a delicious meal at Matines! Only issue was my friend had dietary restrictions and the kitchen couldn’t make her eggs… they said they only make eggs with milk in them the day before and refused to make eggs on the spot!! Ridiculous but not the wait staff’s fault. Shame on the kitchen

Nice, cozy cafe. I first discovered their other location in Wayne and while that one is more spacious, this cafe is also cute and pleasant. The food was delicious and everyone in my family enjoyed our brunch here. Service is great too. I like ordering quiche Lorraine with soup and their croissants are delicious too. My daughter really enjoyed the Banana Creme Latte - their seasonal offering
My coworkers and I checked out Matines on our lunch break today. It’s a cute cafe with Parisian themed items. Blake made me THEE BEST strawberry matcha. It’s my new favorite. The smoked salmon tartine was a hit at my table and my coworker also enjoyed the tea. We will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite spots in Chestnut Hill. The Parisian style is quaint and transports me to the wonderful cafes I enjoyed in Paris. Everything I have tried there has been delicious! Evelyn was very attentive, coming to the outside seating to check on us and she was so very kind. I will be going back again and again!

My food came out quickly, and I ordered a latte and a sandwich which were both delicious. The cafe also has an adorable and authentic French ambiance and the staff are lovely and attentive.
