A Philly staple since god knows when. Was introduced to this place in 2005 and been going ever since. Food is spot on but I just wish they toasted the bread. Great bar to grab a drink in or eat your food attached to the place.
Food was very good, I would come.more.if.the staff wasn't so rude to.the customers, the person taking my order was extremely rude, I would tell my friends about this place, but I dont support rude establishments

If I could give the store a zero I would. Poor customer service & a deceiving menu. Menu says half / whole cheesesteaks - but doesn’t list the measurement of half or whole. I ordered a whole cheesesteaks - expecting a 12 in / 1 ft cheesesteak (was puzzled by the $30 price). When the order was complete was handed a 2 ft / 24 in cheesesteak. The lady at the cash register was extremely rude & not helping & deceptive as well.

I feel this is an icon to the city and Philadelphia cheesesteaks.
Terrible service! I got the wrong size sandwich and the lady was so rude. Never would go back, do not come here!

The food was delicious. The cashier was so friendly. It was my first time there and I was asking her questions and she was so dry and didn't smile. She at like she didn't want to answer my question. The music from next door was so loud made it even harder to communicate.

PS will not be back.I was not satisfied with my sandwich i had a cheesesteak, .No seasoning, pre-cooked meat, crummy. 20.26 is my last year. Done! Just keep riding past

It's a club scene and the line is long we waited 45 minutes but the cheesesteak was huge u really just need half well worth the wait

Im from cali i had to come back love this place came up here to visit NYC drove down to Philly just for Max's was recommended by someone I met on my cruise get bbq sauce on top thank me later 😀
