The wings were good but overhyped. There were only 4 sauces for the wings which was a let down. Most places have bbq but not here. The fries were very good. My girlfriend has celiac. They substituted her fries (which are coated) for a salad. They charged us 3 dollars to change that which was a bit of a rip off. The service was very good though. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Good beer selection too.

Great bar with a welcoming barkeep that made you feel right at home so well done I kept looking to see where the bar abruptly cut from warm woodtones to cold gray studio concrete where surely the live studio watches.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly as long as they are 21+ and don't randomly use utensils as weapons ! Chucky cheers!

Great atmosphere and attentive service - plus, they were carrying the Bama game! Admittedly, I'm no expert - but the best cheesesteak I had while visiting Philadelphia

Loved it! We selected this place by through a Google Maps-dartboard through and boy did we win big! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful...the dining room had a cozy inviting fire going... and the food was BONKERS! The loaded fries will have you wonder how you lived your life before now! Bacon egg and cheese with a side of great fries was just what I needed. Glad we got off the BSL and took a walk over to this gem of a tavern. Will definitely visit again as well as recommend 100%!

Came in on a date. My server took almost an hour to even ask us for our food orders. He didn’t come and check up on us even when I had an empty drink and I had to signal to him for a while before he even noticed I was wanting something. I ordered their Philly cheese steak with a side of au jus. As a chef, I was not super impressed with the food although the fries were great. The au jus wasn’t proper at all. It’s supposed to be clear but it was cloudy like gravy and the flavor wasn’t right. Overall it wasn’t the food that ruined this experience but the very poor service I received from the male bartender with long hair. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Drinks are fine. Bartenders are friendly. However I’m not sure I’ll ever go for food again. Got fried cauliflower dish and for $14 we’re served 6 cauliflower florets (including some very small ones) with some dry lettuce. That’s that? Food seems like a bad deal after that try, but again - space and people are good! Just maybe don’t get food.

I came thru the door euphoric vibes don't miss out. Great portions and staff was the friendliest around. Would recommend if you want to beat the cold with a cool crowd!!

My opinion of this place constantly changes; I’ve been here 100 times or more. This bar has among the best chicken wings in Philadelphia hands down. Staple bartender Steve is the bartender everyone dreams of, like Cheers but so much better. If you frequent here and get to know Steve, he’s top tier. Management has worked hard to supplement this busy bar with a strong new manager and support staff. Negatives are the speakers are absolutely blown and poorly placed and the staff tends to play outrageously loud dated music. Take music liberties from the bartenders so they can focus on mixology and replace the hardware. Take away is the owners and employees love their regular customers here and have a local element of local people you might miss elsewhere, just get them off the jukebox lol. Atmosphere would be five stars otherwiseParking: This isn’t a place to drive to, this is the city. You might find street parking but you better know how to parallel park correctly. There are cheap garages on 21 and spring garden and behind the libraryKid-friendliness: Bar offers booster seats. Kid friendly more on the right side of the bar.Wheelchair accessibility: Trust me they’ll get you to the bar if you were a fish out of water, just ask
