I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disengaged and inattentive, which made the overall experience quite disappointing. There was a noticeable lack of efficiency in taking and preparing orders, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. For a brand known for its consistency, this visit fell short of expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and ensure a better experience in the future.

This restaurant is so focused on keeping low ticket times they force customers to wait in reserved drive thru spots and they forget parts of your order, then force you inside the store

Anytime I try to get breakfast in the morning, I get attitude from the employee working the drive thru. You can hear music blasting from I side the store, but they will tell you they are only open for Uber and DoorDash orders, even if you’ve already ordered from the app. They tell you to cancel your order. This has happened to me consistently when trying to get breakfast around 5 AM. Crazy… not coming back here. Plenty of other, better fast food options on Snyder Avenue.

The employees stole all the pokemon packs 2025 promotion then sell for profit and give out old toy instead. My kids was disappointed. We order through the app and specifically choose the pokemon as toy. If they don't have it they shoulda say something when pickup.
Honestly this used to be my fav McDonald’s cause it was local. But every time I order on the app for delivery, they keep canceling. It’s annoying where I ever have to try to order from the grays fairy location. And even still ít usually give me the same bs crap. Honestly, if you can’t afford workers to work the shift for the 24 hours the change your hours stat.

I stopped going here after the girl at the window would give me dirty looks like i was inconviencing her. Lord only knows what shes doing to the food. Never again. These fast food places in this area need to be knocked down and made into parking lot.

Highly incompetent workers at this location rude managers that will completely disregard you even if you've been standing there for 25 minutes and all you're trying to do is order one large french fry at that point honestly I literally just walked out I know the managers don't care but whatever sometimes they lie about their hours not sure what the attitude is about from the management here if you don't like your job maybe you should work somewhere else they over salt fries like crazy they don't clean this location properly I'm probably going to end up calling corporate just to give them some insight on this place McDonald's atmosphere in general these days feels like a prison and the attitude from the management doesn't make it any better the workers are fine but specifically the managers are horrible at this location

It’s 3:30 am and the individual who is supposed to be working over night is hiding and pretending like they’re not in the McDonald’s. I saw them behind the counter and then disappear after they saw a couple cars trying to get service.
