Food here was fantastic. Best food I’ve had a McDonald’s in a long time. The coffee order for my wife and I were both messed up but that happens. Steak bagel was bussin.

Worst experience at this place. I only ordered one Chicken Sandwich and waited over 30 mins for it. I asked the manager if my order was ready and in exact words she said “No orders are ready..you see any orders?”. I booked an Uber ride and had to cancel it cause the wait was too long. Dumbest place honestly everyone’s so negative.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. I went through the drive thru and they forgot the french fries for my daughters happy meal, and didn't supply any cream or sugar for the coffee as I requested. I went inside with my receipt for the food to retrieve the french fries for the happy meal and had to wait almost 15 minutes for the staff to get their act together to bring me the fries. In the interim I witnessed a chaotic group of people joking around, helping themselves to the food and atrocious customer service. If I were the owner I would remove every person in that establishment, they were unprofessional, unorganized, and helping themselves to the food they are supposed to be selling and serving. What a disgrace.

It's a give or take. Sometimes the drive thru is so long I just pull off. And when it comes to service about 25 percent of employees are happy to have a job. But the rest of the staff is so miserable to be there, they make me feel depressed by the look on their faces, as if they are angry they have to pass a bag of food out the window. But show up for a pay check.
