Hands down the longest I waited in a drive thru line. It’s been over 45 mins and I’m still waiting. AVOID GOING LATENIGHT they wont even answer the intercom. Dont waste your time with this McDonald’s just go somewhere less ghetto in the city

Had a bad experience with this McDonald’s the person that serving the food is permitted to be on her phone. She’s also permitted to be behind the counter. She’s also permitted to curse at employees and customers as she is working. This is unethical not only that but how could somebody serve food and vape at the same time that is bad hygiene for a restaurant And then not only that she decided to disrespect another employee by cursing at her in front of me and other customers that were in there the lobby was full and this girl still was unethical. She has red hair and she had on a blue shirt. Transaction ID was done at 10:53 on March 14, 2025 and then she had the nerves to tell the other employee to kick me out of the restaurant not only that I had a five-year-old inside the police while she was curtain in front of my child. I give this place a zero rating

By far, the slowest McDonald's drive-through service I've ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes just to get my food and a watered-down Orange Fanta (I hope it was watered down, it did not taste like Fanta) with no straw, waited an astonishing 5 minutes, not one person looked through the window to ask "hey do you need something?" None, so I left without a straw.
