I'd give zero to all categories. How is it possible to get NOTHING right and still take 30+minutes to even get the person to answer the intercom. Hire actual workers or shut the place down. If they're not even going to give effort in their work get rid of this establishment. It doesnt even taste good.

This particular McDonald's was wayyy worse than the 1 on Chelten Ave. No workers, they said orders would start coming out after 25 minutes and that's only after you paid for your foodđ¤Śđżââď¸.it only takes about 4 minutes for cooking time, pissed me right off bc my son was so hungry.... won't come back!

Went to a drive thru earlier, while we are paying for our food, and I canât make this up, the person that grabbed our food bag has his hands all the way inside it and grabbing fries and shoving them in his mouth, my buddy and I were like what the hell, and this dude is doing in open drive thru window, while I am still shock, there was another lady there with hijab, and again I canât make this up, I am assuming she was making Mac flurry or ice cream and also shoving things in her mouth while making people food. I would like to say at least the person that took our order was nice. I would stay the heck away from this McDonaldâs

My DoorDash order got messed up last night - someone literally left out the nuggets on an order that only included a 6-piece and a coke⌠but I went in today and the manager made it right and hooked me up with a 6-piece and a meal. So respect to that guy!
Food was good as always. We waited over an hour but I don't blame them. It was one in the morning right after a Metallica concert!!!
