They didn’t send the right food at all and sent me a burger but when I opened it it was no burger just cheese and they didn’t send my fry’s and they gave me the wrong pie I ordered apple they sent me strawberry cheesecake

The burgers meat was hard as was the bread. The Big Mac had hamburger pieces not a whole pattie. There's no phone number to call with product issues . I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy .The quality of product and service at the North Phila restaurants are appalling.You can do better give the disenchanted the same quality of product and service as reflected in your bottom line and suburbs.Shame on you !!!

I wish I could call the owner of this location because of how mad I am. I never even leave reviews but I ordered my food at the drive thru waited 20 mins in line after I paid the first window. The worker then told me to park in a spot& they would bring my food to me. 30 minutes go by still no food is brought out. I go back to the drive thru and the woman tells me she’s no longer taking orders and to go inside. I screamed so loud I already ordered you never brought my food!!! I finally went around to the second window after paying and they only put half my food in my bag. I just went home at that point. Never go here ever

Apparently this location only accepts Doordash orders, and is now closed for regular business, according to the employees. Despite their "open 24 hours" sign, they are consistently unavailable - and now, entirely inaccessible except for delivery apps. Absurd.
