My wife and I ordered two double cheeseburgers ,two mcchickens and a fry the two double cheeseburgers We ordered it without cheese , but we got them they only had ketchup And we only received one mc chicken. When we went back for the double cheeseburgers.We got a cup with onions and pickles.But by the time we realized they had shorter us one mcchicken We were already too far away

Drive thru took forever just to be told that the items that I paid for thru the mobile app was not available. You would think that the credit card charge wouldn't be posted to my account. WRONG! Placed mobile order July 2nd 2025 at approximately 1030am, attempted to pick up my order approximately 15min later. Item not available. You would assume the restaurant would not follow through with the charge since I didn't receive anything. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS LOCATION! I guess I'll be disputing these charges with my credit card company. VERY SHADY LOCATION! 21ST AND LEHIGH

Order on one of the delivery apps. The messed my food up. Kids cheeseburger meal only pickles and we received a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup. Can't be that hard to put a burger, cheese and pickles on a bun. Whoever the manger is need to be fired. This McDonald's is out of control

So my girlfriend got the Minecraft exclusive happy meal for adults which was suppose to include the exclusive collectible which she did not get. They gave her the one from the kids happy meal and when trying to explain that to them, they said she was wrong, even tried showing a picture. Also waited a very long time for service (over a hour) after placing my online pickup order. Should not be advertising the adult happy meal if they not even gonna give you what’s suppose to come in it. Overall waste of time and money. Soda was flat, nuggets taste stale.
