These people, being young, don't give a damn about the damn service they provide. They didn't want to take my order, playing with the food, but they want money. Who pays the wages of these miserable people? Customers without customers, they are miserable, asking under a bridge to help them, but they don't stop to think that a customer is the one who ends up cooperating or paying something out of their salary. Very bad service that they didn't want to take my disappointing order.

this McDonalds probably an okay spot if you have absolutely nowhere else to go.

Staff is Completely unfamiliar with the McDonald’s app that supports ordering to their restaurant…. If an item is unavailable at the store they’ll ring you out and take your money but aren’t aware at how to cancel the order (or simply mark it unavailable in the app so someone can’t order it in the first place) they then catch attitudes when you simply want the order cancelled/refunded requiring you to go and chase down McDonald’s corporate to cancel the order.
like many McDonald’s this one also suffers from “broken ice cream machine” (more accurately in my opinion it’s probably just employees who can’t be assed to clean the machine so they claim it’s down)
All these issues aside, I understand that it’s fast food and they’re a lot of people’s local McDonald’s , and I’d put up with these issues if they weren’t the most expensive McDonald’s around. Going 5 blocks west or 10 blocks east gets you to a McDonald’s that’s cheaper, friendlier and faster.
