I've have order twice from here and I was either missing items or given the wrong item, also some of the food was cold The drivers that deliver are not the one placing the orders. I've also tried to contact the McDonald's it self, but no one answers the phone!!

There is no interaction at this location. If you go there you will stand there looking stupid. I have been to McDonald's all around the world. Turkey and Saudi Arabia were the best. Don't go to 52nd and Chestnut if you want service. Those working there don't really want their jobs.
