I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years and spend a significant amount of money with your company. I regularly purchase meals for my job staff of 10 people, my day camp of 60 students, and of course for myself and my family. Broad and Allegheny has always been my go-to location because they usually have the best fries every time. However, after my recent experience, I will no longer be visiting this store. I placed my order using the kiosk, and when my number was called, the gentleman with braids and curly hair was extremely rude. He didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke, and handed me my food without a single word. When he went back to get my drink, he still ignored everything I said to him. It appeared he may have been new, as another worker seemed to be training him, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I didn’t want to make a scene, but the entire interaction left me feeling completely unappreciated as a customer. If this is the type of customer service McDonald’s is hiring for now, then good luck—because you will lose many loyal customers like myself. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me. Wendy’s, here I come.

This place was absolutely disgusting. No Tissue in the bathrooms was the first thing but for there to be feces on the other toilet seat was just not okay. Looks like it’s been sitting there for a while too. Please do better

They are short staffed and seemed unorganized. Took 30 minutes for egg sausage McMuffin meal. They also need to stop letting in homeless people. Cannot sit there with all the seats taken by people asleep.
They give you bad attention, they give you incomplete orders and the women who serve don't serve you well, it's disgusting.
