Ordered on the app like I usually do but the drive through line was extremely long so I went inside ti pick up . The order was already done and was only fries . So I went inside and explained that my order was ready and only needed ti change to counter pick up instead ( which had never been an issue). Instead they made me go through the drive through and wait for fries that had already been sitting ! Now I have cold fries , and lost 15 mins for no reason !

The worst customer service when they bagging your order and you have fries they take fries and eat them before placing in bag which is on camera they talk all day have people waiting to place orders just to talk you can’t use no promo codes I couldn’t order nothing because I wanted to use a code for fries they told me no to do it on the app I went on the app couldn’t get lunch to come up so I just couldn’t order what so ever they are no help they eat from your food before it’s served to you talk and laugh behind your back anybody out of state visiting or just want McDonalds try a different one the wait plus drive will be worth it
