Went on my break from work and went for lunch and i couldn't charge my phone.. 😭😭 I completely understand tho.
The hall was half empty, but we were standing outside because they wouldn’t let us in and kept the door closed. When we asked why they were closed in the middle of the day, we were told that there were schoolchildren inside, so visitors were being let in only in limited numbers. Inside, no one was wiping down the tables—almost every table had trash left from previous visitors. The fries were overly salty. The restrooms were dirty. The toilet in the men's room was literally clogged with feces, and the seat in the women's restroom was soaked with urine. The whole place felt filthy.

Foul mouth young lady wouldn’t take my order denying foodI get it few minutes after closing the lobby and someone let me in but she didn’t care and proceeded with attitude like damn I’m a truck driver my truck wouldn’t fit through the drive through all I asked if they could ring my order a simple no sorry alright I get it but the foul mouth and attitude really like I haven’t ate all day 8am till 10:13pm . Attitude is not tolerated .team of 3 people in front standing around and yall really tweaking ?

I don’t usually eat McDonald’s, but my regular spot was closed, so I gave it a shot. My friend and I split a meal—they got the fries, I took the burger. The fries were so cold, they threw them away. Mid-bite, my friend looks at me and goes, ‘Why is it so red?’ Like… y’all serving raw meat now? Trying to take people out? Never again.

I had already paid for extra sauces and this man was pissed and got a manager on me because he actually forgot ALL my sauces.
MOS handled situation to the best of his ability even with the current tension in the air.
