I don’t know who they got working Night Shift at this McDonald’s, but I honestly feel like people are just collecting a check without serving customers. Whenever I come to this restaurant, nobody is ever working. It seems like after 9 PM. They don’t take cash or debit or credit cards. You have to only do pick up order or order through the mobile app. In addition to that it takes over five minutes to get my food. This is fast food. Why is it taking so long for my food? Currently set an alarm and it looks like they are fully staffed, but I’m waiting a lot for nothing.

Also mcdonalds self sumervice is a bad idea. Hard to talk to a real person. I'm sure corporate wants this, bad bad user experience.

This McDonald's has the worst Customer service working the graveyard shift! Just ordered from the drive thru and had a miserable and unprofessional young black female take my order. I was very pleasant to her and all she did was poke her lips out while taking a deep breath! If you don't like your job then find another one!!

Jamira is the nastiest person I’ve come across in a long time. Her attitude is the worst. Her customer service skills are terrible. If she keeps this up in life she will go no where. You are one of the worst people to ever deal with. And an embarrassment to this company. Get a grip and readjust your nasty attitude.

Literally just left this location. Nobody answered in the drive thru and it was another car on the side and they were not answering and ignoring him too. We drove around the side, nobody was in the window or at the front. This location is filled with females that are loud, unprofessional, disrespectful and hide in the back and don’t work when it hits 10:30pm. Notice the time in my car when I was just there. I never usually leave bad reviews for McDonald’s but this time I had to because it’s just getting ridiculous with this location at this point. I hope somebody higher than the manager that’s running this place sees this review and seriously hires new management and teaches serious training
