I recently took my 3 year old grandson here for breakfast. First off this place is VERY filthy. There is dirt and grease on the floors that when you walk you slide. The soda machine was sticky from the soda and appears that it has not been cleaned in a while. The worst part was the cashier, when I gave him our order he had an attitude that he didn't want to serve us. His attitude was totally different with the person behind us, I hate to admit but it appeared to be a racial problem, this was totally unacceptable. I am considering contacting both McDonalds corporate office and the Board of Health. When I asked if we could exchange the happy meal toy he said "no way, that's what you get" he made my grandson cry. If I didn't have my grandson with me there would have been a serious problem. We ended up walking out and going to Chick-fil-A. As a McDonald's shareholder I am now embarrassed to own this stock.

Caution: I was handed a bag for my food even though they had trays and I was dining in that day. It felt like they wanted people to leave more than they wanted customers to stay. I like washing my hands before and after a meal but their air drying machine has been broken for more than 2 weeks that I know of and makes the bathroom more disgusting knowing make employees can really wash their hands the right way. I'm pretty sure that's a health violation. I dont know why I was charged a surcharge of 60 cents for a dollar soda but I guess it makes sense when they dont have the funding for proper bathroom equipment. I really think this place should be looked at more.

It's McDonald's. It is what it is. Cheap, reliable, and somewhat decent. Nothing to get excited about but good when you just want a cheap greasy burger and some fries on the cheap.

Food was great, the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because of the bathroom. It wasnt that clean. Other then that the restaurant was very clean, and the food was great.

I had to choose at least one star, but in actuality it's minus 0 stars. I am not surprised there are more than 30 negative reviews. Well I am done, I reported this location to corporate, and I will continue my crusade until this location is brought up to code and standard according to the "McDonald's" culture and tradition. You can not rent a slum property in Chestnut Hill, but you can slum on your fast food choice. It's absolutely unacceptable!!!

This place is disgusting. I'm surprised the board of health hasn't shut it down. Nothing seems sanitary, I walk inside and immediately want to walk out. I used to stop in when I was desperate for something quick and easy but no more. Food quality is pitiful. Employees are rude. Don't waste your time or money.

Enjoyed the time on the journey! Excellent food and fantastic services. The atmosphere was cozy, and the views were outstanding. We really enjoyed it! I would highly recommend it.
