This my 2nd and last time ordering from here. I thought I would give them another chance but I don't even know why I bothered. The first time no one acknowledged me and when they did they was rude. The 2nd time again no one acknowledged me and when they did they was rude yet again. My daughter didnt have fries in her kids meal thank god I ordered more so she could have fries. You guys have to many young kids working there that just want to play around. Do you guys come to work or play? I don't get it.

The lady wait there for long time. And said excuse me at least 3time try to place order! 4 employee standing there! Like nobody in front of the desk!They should find another job sitting in office right? Ridiculous! All of them just want to do nothing and get paid! Worth mc. Employee I have never seen before.
Ordered food from DoorDash and they left the dasher out in the lobby and never gave him the food. This place always has something going on.

They never have receipts from the self order machines, I ordered Large Raspberry Slurpie drink however they gave me medium and said that's what it said on the order when I know I infact did order Large but the machine didn't print me a receipt. I went home and found that they didn't give me my 20 PC Mcnuggets, wasted almost $20 here's because they wouldn't give me my proper order that I requested.

Two stars is what I wanted to have given but because of the customer service I had to upgrade to 3 stars. I usually get ice coffee first in the morning around 7:15-7:25 and meet these two Mexican ladies(cashiers). They’re very welcoming, pay attention and give you exactly what you order. My first day here was horrible as I had to trash the coffee because they added too much sugar (I requested little sugar). Glad that they are making improvements on the food and services.
Kid-friendliness: There are special seats for kids so you don’t have to worry about where your infant going to sit. It’s comfortable. The people are kids friendly
