You can hear the staff cursing and playing inside the restaurant while waiting for the cashier to ask us our order, someone took the trash out with no gloves on and then went right back inside bagging up food so unprofessional service, food not fully cooked & just thrown in the bag, drive thru cashier rude and got sick a few hours after eating.
Got the wrong food not by accident because they didn't have what I ordered and instead of telling me and letting me choose, they just threw in a bunch of nuggets as replacements for my original order and when I got home noticed when it was to late. Trash

Pick up order. Still had to wait WAY too long as the staff was in the kitchen looking at videos. I know this because they made no effort to hide.When the counter person FINALLY got my food, she had a lousy disposition like I was infringing on her or something. Never go there again. There are way too many good places for these people to act unprofessional.

Every time I come here theirs never enough ppl working at least in the drive thru. Any time I ever come inside its always quick service. But if you are in drive thru just expect to be asked to wait and then once you get to the 2nd window the person giving you food will always have attitude. Not one time in drive thru have I had a pleasant customer service interaction even with managers. Inside is a different story. But on both sides they should keep the same vibe. This is why I stopped coming to this location and perfer the one thats just a little further down on Bustleton Ave.

If I could give this place less than a one I would. I placed an order for pick-up but when I arrived I still had to wait 30 minutes for my order. I tried getting assistance from the workers and manager but was ignored. When I finally spoke to one of them I was told they were working on it. After this I still waited 20 minutes for my order to be completed. Needless to say I won't be back here.
