This location is usually busy. That being said, the sense of urgency could be a little better. If you order at the drive thru, you are likely to be there for a while. As far as the food, it is hit or miss with consistency. This particular visit was good but I have had others where the fries weren’t cooked all the way or my modifications weren’t followed

Some of the staff there aren't so professional. Working at McDonald's or in a law firm, u NEED TO HAVE SOME KIND OF PROFESIONALISM.

Went through the drive thru on 1/18/21 and there were employees not wearing mask and the ones who had mask on didn’t have them covering there nose. I don’t understand it, either wear them or don’t but don’t pretend like ur wearing it, and who is there that is supposed to enforce the rules. Everyone who gets caught not correctly wearing their mask should get suspended a day from work. This way they will understand what it feels like missing the opportunity to make money like those who have been laid off due to the pandemic.

i went there today. I saw 4 young ladies working and except for the nice girl working at the back window w her mask on properly, every single other employee i saw had their masks on wrong, exposing their noses. I feel like this defeats the purpose, especially when they could breathe on the food and spread covid like that. the food was decent but my 10 piece nuggets only had 9, unfortunately.

Must say, this place never changes. The arches may get sleeker, there are a few menu changes, but McDonald's is McDonald's, and a breakfast sandwich this morning is the same as what I had 20 years ago! And many mornings that is a good thing!

This McDonalds is by far the worst in the city. MULTIPLE TIMES I have stood there for 20+ minutes BEFORE ordering while 5 front end employees (not cooks, cashiers etc) played on their phones and sang songs and gossiped. This is at least 4 times. The last time I just called corporate and let them know how horrid this store is and how it ruins their image and brand. I now only go down the street to Popeyes if I want fast food (I live right next to both on Christian street)

Sorry excuse of an establishment. Can't believe this place has the audacity to consider itself a restaurant. Incredibly long wait times even for orders placed ahead of time, rude staff, dirty interior. Don't do it to yourself, get chipotle next door instead- you'll thank yourself for it and save yourself the frustration.

Wow very disappointing. No one had gloves on, the food was giving in a soggy oily bag that was broken. To make matters worse, the meat was rare. Very ghetto establishment, a lot of cursing and people walking around the kitchen area with street clothes on. I went in with my stained jeans due to the broken greasy bag of un cooked burgers to get my money back. I would never ever recommend anyone to come this mcdonald's ever.

Please check the staff regularly for drugs. With frightening consistency, orders are not fully formed, orders are confused. The last time there was a jackpot - at first they mixed up the order, then they gave out a big breakfast without putting a meat cutlet there. Is my health monitored?I wish the team not to lose their sense of humor and maintain healthy brain function.P.S. I am burning with you. While writing a review, they brought an order. They mixed up the grills, gave chicken instead of beef and did not remove the onion, although it is written without the onion. Attaching photo.
