Employees are rude and disrespectful. An abundance of profanity was being used while talking to each other and lacked professionalism when waiting on customers. Despite that, the biscuits were soft and food was hot.

Ordered a large fry for my lunch and this is what I received, a half full box of fries that are also so undercooked I couldn't eat them. This is absolutely rediculous for the price. Clearly they are pinching pennies as the charge for sauce too..

We were at this location 4pm on 3/9/24, the employees were HOPELESS, untrained & did nothing to help each other process the backlog...35 minutes for a soda + fries. AVOID McDonald's in general...and for sure this location???

5 weeks in a row and I still can't get a frappe from my local McDonald's. Either the staff doesn't feel like making them, they don't feel like cleaning the machine or a McDonald's just doesn't want to pay to get their machine serviced.Contacted corporate and of course they give you some mumbo jumbo answer. Of course it is up to the franchisee to address their specific problems with their locations but this is getting a little ridiculous that no one is stepping in to fix a machine or get their staff to do the right thing. Let's go.Wawa is right around the corner. They will always have their frappes ready to go

I Went through the drive thru and ordered two seperate 10pcs nugget meals. I specifically, specifed 2, 10pcs. I didn't realize until I pulled off, that they gave me a 20pcs box of nuggets, not two separate 10 pcs. Whereas, I asked for two 10pcs because they were for two separate households. Why did the employee make that decision to change the way I ordered? Moreover, my receipt confirm, how I specified my order.
This is the only McDonald's in our area but the service is awful and they allow teenagers to hang out in there disrespecting, cursing, loud and picking with older people . The manager there dont give a care and never comes out in the lobby to ensure these kids arent harrassing people. (The male cashier has a bad attitude too and acts like he doesnt want to answer questions or serve you.
