Terrible customer service went there today. Always dirty and sticky . It’s like neighborhood hangout spot for kids and others. There is always a long wait. Staff is overwhelmed and unpleasant. There are a few good workers there as well. The staff took forever to give me my food and when I received it was wrong .I ordered a McDouble with no onions there was a thousand onions on my sandwich. Ordered a sweet tea got a tea with no sugar and got offered sugar packets which I refused and got a fountain drink instead. This McDonald has been terrible for years.what type of piece of cheese is this on my Fish Sandwich. What does nothing ever change at this location. I have no other choice in McDonald’s in the area. Hopefully service will get better.

Not 24 hours at all! It was closed by 10pm last night while staff was inside hanging out laughing and watching customers come in and out the parking lot. Hire all new reliable staff!!! Obviously nobody wants to work.

Nice little location, but do yourself a favor and NEVER go there after 11pm. Your food will either take 30+ minutes or they will just be closed entirely. I have officially given up trying; I know when I'm beat 🤣

They are never open at night they constantly say they are short staffed and force you to order thru uber eats! This is the second McDonald drive thru I went thru in my area and this is the 5th time in ONE week I had went to McDonald’s between 9pm & 11:30 pm. This is not fair that corporate allows this. When you call corporate they don’t even help! Every employee at E cheltenham Ave and Ogontz needs to be FIRED! The disrespect from both locations is uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!
This McDonald’s changed for the better. Last two times I came here everything was on point.

The drive thru is in a dark alleyway. They charged me 10 cents for not wanting ice in my soda! 😡🤬
It is too dirty, the place full of marks, the ground and the water machine all squirted. Deca much to wish is not at the level of other branches.
