The food will always taste the same.Why I had to wait 20 mins in the drive thru after placing a mobile order 7 mins earlier for a Big Mac meal is beyond me.At the 20 min mark, lunch break half over. I go in to cancel the order."You sure you want to cancel. We're just waiting on the fries."Soooooo........ the 6 or 7 customers driving around me that ordered IN the drive thru after me didn't order fries or ate them all and that's why I'm still waiting??Every time I have been to this location, (because it's the closest one to my job), I have ordered through the app ahead of time and still had to wait at least 15 mins.At least with the Wendy's app, they don't allow you to order something that's not available at a location. Not Mickey D's..... you find out when you pull up to collect your order that by the way we don't have.

Sunday morning crew is the worst!!! There’s a light skin skinny girl with a hijab that is so nasty! One week she asked me to honk at the car infront of me the next week she was yelling at me telling me to go drive up so I wouldn’t mess up her running time.They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS mess up orders, the item is either made incorrectly or it’s missing. The wait time is also insane. Will never return, I’ve had my final straw.

Horrible service, and they never have what you order. I ordered a McFlurry for my child, and the cup was only halfway filled up when given to me. I passed it back and asked that it be filled up. The poor young lady at the window remorsefully explained that she was instructed NOT to fill it up. I explained I would like it filled or I would like a refund. The manager was standing there the entire time and instructed her to return the money. So my child had to leave with NO beverage. I WILL NEVER utilize this McDonald's again. It is always a HORRIBLE experience, and they just don't care....smh

There cheese burgers look exactly like the ones you see on McDonald's commercials they were neat and put together right and everything was in order tasted so good with the cheese melted over top the right way not unmelted cheese rolls were so soft fresh root beer soda I will be back because they were polite and fast with my orders and they fries ? were hot and not greasy just right with a soft crispy crunch If you go remember I told you first how good you would feel and tell them Snap ? sent you God bless you all Amen ???❤️???️?️?️

This location is never open in the early am, it states that it’s 24hrs and takes my money for the mobile order, but when I arrive for my food the workers are either hiding or they just look at you through a glass like they’ve seen a ghost and never acknowledge you after getting the money. I always arrive when the store should be open. This has happened far too many times. They are very unprofessional, I would not recommend for early am breakfast, you’ll be late for work.
