The experience was horrible. I asked if I could get fries with no salt in the drive thru. They asked for us to move up and wait and I complied for ~15 minutes. I went in afterwards and no one asked if they could help me. I waited for 5 minutes before trying to grab someone's attention. I say trying because when I wanted to ask somebody something, they were dismissive. Another guy asked for help and they did the same. After another 2 or so minutes, I was frustrated because I see the 3 baskets of fries up and they're dumping and serving to others but I'm still waiting. I go to the car now because I'm infuriated to grab my wallet and to get a refund. I ask for the manager and the manager sent her subordinate to avoid talking to me. Now I'm really mad because she's testing my intelligence and I'm trying my hardest to not yell at anyone. I just wanted my money back at this time and instead of giving me my food knowing I'm waiting on it. They took it to my car and gave it to my wife and then told me it was in the car. The worst part, the fries was still salted. If I wasn't in a rush to go see my sick mother who had a stroke, I would have given them the food back and got my money back strictly on the service to me and the other patrons. Please talk to them about customer service because I try to be patient. I know others are not.Dietary restrictions: No salt

I come thru here late night and all I can say is wow. Major difference major difference. My food is hot and drinks are cold and taste like something. My burgers have form they are not smashed my nuggets are not soft and soggy. In my opinion this place has improved. The one on chelten avenue needs help they are in bad shape. Always closing.

I love my fries to be freshly cooked once I order. This place really has done a great job at honoring my request. Because a lot of other stores just acts like they're doing it. Until I give them the fries back. I've never had to do that at this one.

Thank you for basically saving my wallet. This mcdonalds being horrible and the closest one to my house has made it easy for our family to stop eating mcdonalds. The amount of times I've ordered a burgers here and gotten nothing but cheese pickles and ketchup is absurd. The amount of times they've messed up my orders in general is ridiculous. My family spent alot on McDonald's we talking over a stack every year and now that amount is down to $0. Thanks so much yall really doing the brand proud.

This McDonald’s is really good for the drive-through. Because it’s 24 hours. That is one of the greatest things about this location. But if you go inside, you are definitely going to need patience.
