This McDonald has a lot of staff which is totally incompetent!! I ordered 2 kids meals 6 piece chicken nuggets and neither meal came with chicken nuggets and the one kids meal had no chocolate milk with it! They gave us the cheap toys, but my kids went hungry!!!! Totally insane!!

Ordered bacon cheeseburger with nothing on it. Employee verified and my receipt said same thing. But noooooo I get home and there mustard and ketchup on burger. So dissatisfied and disgusted that the people working there can’t read or understand. Prime example why fast food has gone to crap. Do better .

The most incompetent and lazy staff around. The last 3 times that I was there I have asked before I even pulled away is the 3 sauces for the chicken nuggets in the bag and they've lied every time and said yes. You get home and surprise no sauce!! How difficult is to throw them in the bag or at least check when the customer asks you to. My fault for thinking that they actually did their job. You order LARGE fries and you're lucky if you get medium fries in a large container. For what people pay these days just fill them up or is that too difficult. To add insult to injury they're rude on top of it. So done with this location at Franklin Mills. Take some pride in your work
