McDonald's the fastest McDonald's drive thru, nearby, We have always received fast, hot, full orders every time we go to this particular fast food restaurant. I ONLY go for the kids, but I am ALWAYS the driver, so my time is calculated, so being able to be served in a timely fashion is very important. I will literally go out of my way just to go to this particular McDonald's because of the quick service. The employees are professional and polite, I highly recommend if going to McDonald's between Cottman & Aramingo to go the distance to this one if time is of the essence..

After my husband just left cottman McDonald’s and waiting about 10 mins in the drive-thru he was told they were closed and only doing mobile orders or uber orders only and they don’t start taking actual orders until 6am, my husband was there at 5:01am. Even though online and store hours say 24hrs. False advertising store hours

Can always count on them stiffing me for a sandwich every other order. I love paying for food and not getting it. Also be prepared to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line as no one seems to be actually doing any work in there
EDIT: Tried them again. 2 Burger meals. Beat me for BOTH orders of fries. I guess remembering that fries come with burger meals is just too much to ask from these poor "employees."

I just had the worst experience in the drive thru. The young lady at the pick up window. Seemed to spaced out or she couldn't understand english. I asked her 5 times for straws & sweet & sour sauce. Just would just look at us. I repeated it several times. I'm like miss can you hear me. She was like "yes" again "can I have some straws & sweet & sour sauce" she would just have a blank stare. Then she handed me napkins and Ketchup up. My daughter was laughing so hard, but I was pissed. Her Ernglish wasn't great, but I don't think she understood us at all. This was a diabolical experience and you can't make this shyt up!!! I honestly don't like this location. They never get your order correct and 70% off the staff has nasty attitudes.

On 11/1/24 @ 7:30pm The staff member in the drive thru pick window. Was horrible. I'm not sure if it was due to a language barrier. I speak English. She didn't understand anything I was saying and I couldn't understand what she was saying at at. I'm not sure what language she actually speaks. Her tone was so low it was so difficult to hear her as well. I ordered & paid for two oreo Mcfullurries along with other food l. It took 6 minutes for me and my passenger to figure out that she was trying to tell me. That they were out of oreo's. I asked her could I get two hot fudge sundaes instead. She said yes, but kept asking for my card. I thought I had to pay the difference. No problem. She gave back my card and the receipt. I waiting about 5 more minutes and asked where are the sundaes. She just kept staring at me. I repeated myself 3 time. She pointed to the receipt. She refund me for the mcfullrries. I asked if I can please get two hot fudge sundaes. She just kept shrugging her shoulders. She finally was like "I don't know what that is". We ended up going into the store. The young man that waited on us was very nice and pleasant. The young lady at the pick up window in drive-thru needs to find a job that doesn't require communication. English is definitely not her 1st language. This location is horrible in person and with food delivery services. They never get my orders correct.

I ordered the two cheeseburger meal. I asked for extra onions and no Ketchup. I received a Ketchup burger with no onions. Whoever mad that sandwich needs to be fired!!! They damn near used a whole bottle of Ketchup on on burger. It was so bad. I hate this location. No matter if i order in person, drive thru or deliver service. 99% of the time they mess up the order. When I really want something. I wait until after 11pm to order, because it will come from a different location.

Update: After new management has been performing much better and can say it is now a good representation of what the company strives for great to know feedback was heard

This place is so awful I have never seen such a horrific place. The employees could care less about you and your food. I waited 30 minutes for a $5 meal deal and my lil bro waited 40 minutes for an ice cream and they got his order wrong. Everyone just waits around waiting for the order like a bunch of idiots. The food is stale and packed with E. Coli. These idiots never even announce the orders so you never know if your order is ready
