Worst McDonalds in Philly to ever purchase from. I don’t know what’s worse, delivery or take out. Workers are incompetent and don’t care about the food quality they serve paying customers. Food is cold, fries are stale and orders are wrong 99% of the time. Fun fact, if they tell you to park on the white line it’s because they clear the order so the serving time doesn’t count but be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in your car for your food, you will have to go inside and remind them to do their job and serve the order because since they cleared it they don’t see it on the screen and they forget all about you and your order while you wait outside

Worst location ever 2 days straight i been late to work because they make me wait in the curb and they just don’t give a crap always joking around and giving priority to their buddies avoid it at al location go to Burger King on the other side of the street

Horrible quality control. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, 4 chicken strips and 2 cheeseburger meal with only cheese and ketchup. Got home...no 4 strips and both cheeseburger has mustard on it which I'm highly allergic to. Lucky I could smell the mustard and also I've learned to double check. If I would have taken a bite, I would have landed in urgent care.
The fact that 60% of my 34.00 meal was wrong or missing is ridiculous. Have to do better.

Wife and I took a long trip from Washington D.C. came to the drive thru on our way home...sat for at least 10 mins and no one took our order or, asked us to wait for a second or two. We eventually pulled off from the inner lane without ordering once we saw aprox three cars in the outer lane have their orders taken.
