Just did a mobile order through the app which said the drive thru was open. It gladly took my money and said my food was being prepared, I arrived to find that the entire place is closed. I attempted to cancel the order on the app which was unsuccessful and the app seems to intentionally make it difficult to contact anyone or get a refund for services and or products paid for and not received. Also not sure what the store number is.

This was the worst fast food experience of my entire life. I pulled up to the drive through with my husband and we greeted the worker. He ordered a mccrispy and the lady literally laughed in our face and said “ew” then my husband asked if he was talking to her and she called him “maricon” which is a slur in Spanish and went on a rant about us while on the mic🤦 Little did she know we both speak Spanish so we understood everything she said… Worst experience ever. Do not recommend ever going here.

This store has slow, poor service. Often not stocked and drive through is always long wait. I've tried 3 times each time I had to leave frustrated. Seems to be poor management.
