I trust the workers here compared to the one on Aramingo & Castor. They’re somewhat quick despite being bombarded with customers during rush hours. Plus their soda fountain never breaks down. Only thing holding this place back is that it’s right next to Fent Avenue.

This location is absolutely terrible for Doordashers! 30 minutes in the freezing cold is a typical wait time. Customers cancel and we miss out on money. Plus, all the orders we could have gotten. This is ridiculous! Someone needs to come to this location and provide organization to the process because it's horrible.

Worst place ever... sit in drivethru a while before they take your order... then screw up the order after sitting in a parking lot waiting for the food all the while junkies are begging for money from you... when you do go in to say something it's nothing but an attitude from staff...

As mentioned in other reviews, dangerous ambience due to homeless and staff. They shorten your order half of my order tonight arrived. Dont expect to ever receive not even one single straw or sauces. To the owner you could be making DOUBLE of the money if you would fix all these points. Not returning and do not recommend!

This McDonald’s has shorted me on my order so many times that it has to be some sort of secret policy of the store. I now check my order every time, performing a QC task that McDonald’s should do themselves, but has outsourced to their customers. Last time, they missed an entire happy meal and I had to ask for it again. This distracted me from the fact that they also left out nuggets, so once again I was short an item and had no easy way to get McDonald’s to correct the issues, as they have also gutted their support. All this to have paid over ten dollars per person for a fast food meal. Never again McDonald’s. And this one in particular is the worse one.

Food was good, I used the drive thru this visit. Food was not ready so I had to wait a while but that's ok, everything tasted great and the staff was very nice which makes the difference.
