7/24, today. I entered my order on the kikose to pay at the counter. My order# 675 no ticket came out. I spoke with the worker on the floor and she told me that the order went to the back and to listen for my order#. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing customers who came after me get their orders. I went to the counter to inquire only to find out they did not have my order. I keft went thur the drive thur and I had to repeat my order twice, pulled around the the next window and the yiung lady never opened the window, even when I said DO I PAY HERE, no response. SERVICE HORRIBLE because it still too 10 minutes to get my food. Also, I ordered a sm UNSWEETENED ice tea and received a sweet ice tea. This was a horrible experience that I did not enjoy my meal . The staff needs to be trained in customer service etiquette and proper dress and hair for appearance. I definitely will not be going back!!!

I absolutely Love coming to this location, located on Baltimore Pike across from Giants. There is an employee that works at this location named Dawn who is as Cheerful as the day is long. Always has a smile on her face and extremely well at multitasking. I remember she took our order in drive thru, received the payment, then gave us our food, 2 different windows and all under 5 mins. Never seen such efficiency in my life. She's definitely a Great asset to this company.

There are a few nice employees, and that's the only reason the service is good. However, I don't like this one manager, nothing she did to me, she is super rude to the employees, at least on the day I went. I just find it... disgruntiling. She's the one with the hijab and glasses. Just super rude. Otherwise, it's not the best.
