The Schmitter and the chicken cheesesteak are both fantastic. Pours a proper half and half. Family run staff truly cares and it shows. Also, life is short...eat the chocolate cake

Great local bar. People may have the impression that Chestnut Hill is stuffy, but this is a genuinely friendly corner tappie. Reasonable prices and food prepared with pride. One of the few bars where you can get a hoagie (let alone a great one.)

First time trying McNally's. My wife and I loved it! Very friendly, reasonable pricing on tasty food and drinks. A real find for an afternoon cruising C.H. shops and lunch. We will be back.

I have been coming here for years. The food iis excellent! My only issue is, when I arrive, and the place just opened, so it’s empty, they don’t seat you until my other party has arrived. I have friends who own restaurants, and they seat you, because patrons will spend money and eat and drink, while they wait for their party to arrive. Otherwise excellent!!

A true Tavern with everything you would expect a few great sandwiches that are special what is the schmitter probably better Tobias don't forget that Dickens turkey day after Thanksgiving sandwich

I stop by McNally’s every time I visit Philadelphia. Parking can be challenging but once you’re inside you are greeted with a warm smile. The menu is somewhat limited, but serves delicious sandwiches highlighted by The Schmitter. Choose a delicious draft beer with your sandwich and enjoy.
