I think i am addicted now

Filthy dirty and disgusting inside and out. I went on a Sunday around 9pm. Dirty floors with trash on them as soon as you enter. Screaming kids that are unable to be controlled by their parents serving themselves frozen yogurt Who can barely reach the handles getting it all over The machines. Although the topping Containers were full, The serving utensils for each were sticky and gross. After Paying over $28 for two yogurts to an employee Who stood there with two others, totally dumbfounded, and perplexed, expecting a tip for doing nothing, We went to eat outside because inside was too dirty and noisy. Outside, the table We sat at was next to an overflowing trashcan, Which was next to a bag of garbage. Then someone came outside to smoke a cigarette, which was the final straw and we left. Establishment is very well maintained, and the staff are pleasant. Would highly recommend going for a family outing/ hanging out with friends after shopping.

I love how it is self serve and your imagination can just run free. It is very clean and versatile. I love all the many options it has to create your own frozen yogurt. The kids really do enjoy it as well as the adults. It also does have sugar free options.

Extremely dirty place. The attendants with their hair down are replacing the toppings and simply run their hands through their hair and stick their hands inside the containers to replace the toppings. The floor is not clean. There is a lot of dirt under the syrup containers. Horrible experience.

Very tasty ice cream, which you can customize to your taste! Relatively good prices, but you can get it cheaper, on average $8-11 per person.

Extremely disappointed and never coming back. this is the second time the staff is closing way too early. I came a couple weeks ago and they were closing up shop 40 minutes before they closed and then were acting like I was in their way while trying to buy something. Same thing today I showed up and all the topping were gone 20 minutes before closing and when I confronted staff about where the food was they told me they put it all away already so i had to walk out with nothing. 20 minutes BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Staff was ride about it as well. Not a welcoming space

I was extremely disappointed by the staff working tonight. I walked in at 9:24 PM and they were very busy. All of the outdoor tables were full and the inside ones as well. I completely understand wanting to prepare to close, but there were other people walking in at 9:40, 9:50, people were walking in minutes before close. The girls working made everyone get up from the tables at 9:40. They were doing what I would assume to be “closing protocol” which again, I understand, but it was so close to my friends and I and we were forced to get up when there was still people walking in the door and 20 minutes until closing. The staff was rushing everyone and making it extremely uncomfortable to be there. I get wanting to prepare to close, but with that many customers still coming in and still sitting down, it’s just plain rude.

They now have zero sugar yogurt it's so good

Best place around for frozen yogurt! Self serve, they have non dairy options, and a huge spread of toppings!
