My daughter and son loved it!

Tasty but seems rather expensive $8 small with a topping.

I was extremely disappointed by the staff working tonight. I walked in at 9:24 PM and they were very busy. All of the outdoor tables were full and the inside ones as well. I completely understand wanting to prepare to close, but there were other people walking in at 9:40, 9:50, people were walking in minutes before close. The girls working made everyone get up from the tables at 9:40. They were doing what I would assume to be “closing protocol” which again, I understand, but it was so close to my friends and I and we were forced to get up when there was still people walking in the door and 20 minutes until closing. The staff was rushing everyone and making it extremely uncomfortable to be there. I get wanting to prepare to close, but with that many customers still coming in and still sitting down, it’s just plain rude.

They now have zero sugar yogurt it's so good

Best place around for frozen yogurt! Self serve, they have non dairy options, and a huge spread of toppings!

I had a great experience at Menchie’s today! The employee working in the afternoon provided outstanding customer service.

Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also took the time to explain the rewards program, which helped us save money on our purchase.

I truly appreciate their patience and professionalism. I wish I had remembered their name because they went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.

The yogurt is good but, they need self checkout or something because one of the girls in there I prefer not to interact with. She acts like you're literally bothering her by buying frozen yogurt out of there. Don't know what the issue is... Could be my race because I am a black woman, but I'm really never in the store long enough to really investigate how she is with other people. And I visit the store once or twice a month.

I had vanilla frozen yogurt with some cheesecake mini bites, strawberries, pineapple and granola nuts. My Wife had vanilla frozen yogurt with mini brownie bites, mini cookie dough bites and peanut butter drizzled over. Cool part is you get to make your own cup and the place was very empty to take your time making your cup. Lots of seats to dine in and the music that was playing was definitely a vibe. Very clean and well stocked.

i think one of your employee hate me they look at me in a weird way but other then that food was good it also a bit dirty but nothing to worry about

We are paying $8 a bowl
And We simply ask about flavor and Rude Cashier and manager looking at us like we just asked for their kidney and their response is like whatever the available flavour it should be come out.
