Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I had vanilla frozen yogurt with some cheesecake mini bites, strawberries, pineapple and granola nuts. My Wife had vanilla frozen yogurt with mini brownie bites, mini cookie dough bites and peanut butter drizzled over. Cool part is you get to make your own cup and the place was very empty to take your time making your cup. Lots of seats to dine in and the music that was playing was definitely a vibe. Very clean and well stocked.

i think one of your employee hate me they look at me in a weird way but other then that food was good it also a bit dirty but nothing to worry about

We are paying $8 a bowl
And We simply ask about flavor and Rude Cashier and manager looking at us like we just asked for their kidney and their response is like whatever the available flavour it should be come out.

I have been here a total of 3 times in 3 years. The frozen yogurt is pretty good. But the service is really bad. The last experience was on Saturday September 14th. The minute I walked in with my 2 year old nephew I was met with a rude undertone from the cashier. She was very short with me when I asked her simple questions. I wanted this to be a good experience this time especially with a kid with me but alas another place I will no longer visit.

Rude Cashier( claimed to be manager ). Poorly marked flavors, and the chocolate did not work but wouldnt replace what i ended up with .Used to be good a few years back .

I've been coming to Menchie's since they first opened, and while the first year was great with a wide variety of flavors, this year has been a bit disappointing. Some of the frozen yogurt machines are often out of order or broken, and the flavor selection has become pretty plain and limited. On the bright side, the employees are super nice and always helpful, and the place is consistently clean. It would be great if they could bring back more exciting flavors and keep the options fresh, rather than sticking with just the basics.

This place has certainly gone downhill. Half the machines were empty, the chocolate was coming out as a liquid and the vanilla ran out while I was using it. The place was filthy inside and out... Overfilled trash cans, sticky counters & Outside neads a good power wash! You make your own yogurt cup yet they have the audacity to ask for a tip! What am I tipping you for? For taking my money? lol

Nice place enjoy coming here but I don’t like that we can at 9:16 pm and the staff already were taking machines down I guess to clean which i understand but I would think because u close at 10 that I would at least wait until 9:45 my opinion. And what flavors they did have seem to be very watery almost like a it wasn’t cold enough . And I understand we all wanna get done our shift and get home but starting at 9pm when u close at 10 is a little early to me
