I really love this place ..!! If you want to entertain a child, take them here. The kids love choosing the yogurt and then the toppings! Oh my sooo much to choose.You will be their hero.. friendly staff and great service ..!!

I recently discovered Menchies and it has become my favorite go-to spot! They have lots of flavors, and I especially like the Dulce de Leche Froyo. I love the people working there; they make your experience great by being super sweet and nice. Besides, the location is convenient too; you can get your Froyo and visit other stores for shopping, enjoying your ice cream while shopping. In short, it's a nice place to visit.
I love Menchies! The quality of their ice cream is simply amazing. My favorites are the original tart and banana pudding with waffles; they are so yummy. Also, I love how the workers are sweet and friendly, making every visit a delightful experience. The shop itself is always cozy and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the treats. This place never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates top-notch ice cream and fantastic customer service!

very racist and islamophobic, the manager has no idea what he's doing, everyone who works there is white/jewish. they fired every black person who worked there. gianni urinates on the public/customer bathroom floor. the topping bar is disgusting and gets wiped with nasty rags that are also used to wipe the floors. they accidentally put bleach in chocolate dip bar, therefore it was still served. thank you.

My daughter likes coming here and as long as she's happy im good, icecream is so so but toppings will make up for it-pls add new icecream flavors!

We used to love this place, but because of the staff we will never return. I spoke to Brielle and told her I had recently become lactose intolerant and I was interested in trying some dairy free options. She told me what the 3 dairy free options were then turned away. I figured there were no free samples because there were no sample cups out like the used to have, and the sales person that I spoke to didn't offer me anything. I put pineapple and mango in my cup but the mango looked like it had a weird consistency. I tried a little bit and it tasted funky so I asked the girl frumpy girl with the long brown hair behind the counter if I could get a new cup and she said "no, we don't throw out the frozen yogurt". Another employee who was sweeping the floor overheard and asked how many flavors I got and I said 2 and she replied with "there's nothing we can do since you got more then one flavor. I find this experience completely ridiculous. Afterwards I asked if the do free samples and the girl said yes, but you have to ask for a sample cup. This is horrible customer service. Any other ice cream shop would have offered, especially considering upon entering the store I made it a point to tell the employee I had recently gone dairy free and was looking for some alternatives. I paid for myself amd my daughters froyo, and threw mine out before leaving the store.

The yogurt is still yummy, but I returned from out of state from years away, the customer service has gone down. The one girl has an impatient tone but at least she did her job, the other one did absolutely nothing but play in food and ignore us all. The pay is probably low or they just hire kids who rather have conversations about prom dresses ?♀️ there’s other yogurt places to newly support with fresher toppings not worth it anymore
