I understand that this is an airport restaurant, but man was this a tough experience. First the good, the people working was very kind and they work incredibly hard behind the counter. They had one chef and he was putting in work. Unfortunately, thats where it ends. The breakfast sandwich was fine, but basically tasted like it was from the frozen section of a supermarket. I'm pretty sure that's how it works by watching from the bar how the food was prepared. Again, the guy was working hard but he can only do so much with the ingredients and equipment provided.
$50+ for the sandwich and tequila sunrise. I paid an extra $4 for mezcal and they gave me tequila still instead. Normally not a big deal, I hate being a snob at all, but for the prices I'm expecting what I ordered. I didn't bother asking to get it replaced since the place was busy and I had a flight to catch. Also, paid extra for fruit that smelled and tasted like it had been sitting around a few days in the refrigerator. Just bummed about the overall experience, but its a typical airport restaurant. There are probably better options in Termin B to check out.

This place was okay. My breakfast sandwich was decent but they never brought me the coffee that I ordered. Plus it was very expensive, but to be fair it is the airport. Not sure I would return here.

I get that we are in an airport but I just paid $17 for 3.5 meatballs in a little marinara sauce. Also you could order three types of soda but no water so I had to go wait in another line to pay for water. Not well organized but I guess they don’t care. I still can’t believe I paid $17 for 3.5 meatballs.

An awful airport food experience. The prices are outrageous and you have to order and pay completely through the app. Over $20 for a beer with a 15% tip. I wish I was making this up. The food tastes like just reheated microwave food. Save your money and pack a sandwich instead.

Next time I’m presented with a sit-down restaurant that has you pay and tip up front, I’ll know better than to eat there.
I ordered the margherita pizza, paid for it, and it came out without basil. It was on the menu and I’d have ordered something else if they’d told me they were out of basil. I asked them to please take it off my bill, I’d like to send it back. Nononono, we’ll go find some basil. I think they went to another restaurant to get some?
Anyway, half an hour dragged by and I asked again gently if they could please just take it off my bill and I’ll send it back (I’ve eaten maybe three bites by now). Nononononono he’s going to put the basil on it.

It comes back with four burnt-to-a-crisp leaves of basil. I asked a third time if they can just take it off my bill. It’s inedible.
She said okay, but having prepaid, I have no idea if it’s coming off my bill. I tried entering a “refund request” in the app that took my order, and it said “we’ll get back to you in 5-7 business days.”
Who knows?

The eggs and potatoes were good. The only complaint is that this establishment only gives a receipt via email or text, which is my personal information given to a stranger. I would have given 5 stars, but for being forced to give out my personal information. The employees were all so kind and very professional.
I received very kind and patient service on Feb22 at around 8:30pm. I had a coughing fit while trying to order. A manager, an African American mid years gentlemen offered me water. Then after I ordered 2 meals instead of one he talked to straighten it out with the kitchen and helped me on my phone to get reimbursement. He was so nice. I was exhausted: flights delayed , missed connection, running from Terminal F to A but missed it and had come from my brother's death bed. It was the only nice thing , kindness I received that day. I am very grateful. I hope this man is appreciated by the company. I hope to pay forward his goodness. Thank you.

Not sure what people are expecting as the food and wine here are excellent compared to other airports, in particular JFK, LGA, and CLT. Folks this is not a Michelin rated restaurant. It’s the airport and the food is pretty damn good. Love when Quinzelle and Nakera are working. They are efficient and professional. Under great management with Raymond as he keeps the wheel moving. I order the pesto pizza with arugula added and the Israeli red blend. Great food and great music while waiting for my flight!
