The truck is 40 minutes from me so I got there at 3:00pm on the dot on Tuesday. The truck was not there. I checked their Instagram for maybe an update but there wasn't one. I sat and waited in the car. (Btw there's a free parking lot and plenty free street parking). They finally arrived at 3:15pm and setup at 3:20pm. People lined up so fast. They took the first 5 orders then made them. I didn't have my order taken until 3:45pm. The lady taking orders was kind and sweet. She made sure I knew what I ordered so there were no mix ups. I ordered the Chicken Birria tacos & cantaloupe juice. 3 tacos are $15 and 1 juice is $5. They only take cash so come prepared. I didn't see an ATM around. I finally received my order at 4:05pm. I didn't eat it until I got home. The tacos were still crunchy and flavorful! 3 tacos comes with consume sauce to dip, onions, 1 jalapeno pepper and a side of spicy sauce (IDK what it was). I would recommend that they premade maybe 10 or 20 sets of tacos that way they will get their line down quicker. I understand things happen so there's a lot of reasons why they may have been late to open. But, I have seen other complaints on their Instagram of them not being there on time. At least post letting customers know that you will be there later. Other than that I would definitely recommend anyone to try their tacos if you are in the area. But if you're further away like me and want to go to pick up lunch "real quick," it won't be real quick! You're better off finding Birria tacos at a Mexican truck near you. I'm glad I tried them and had the time to wait!Parking: A lot of street parking and free parking lot under the overpass

I went on a Sunday later afternoon. I’m so glad There wasn’t a line. If you have to wait more than an hour to get these tacos it’s not with the wait. They were good but I definitely had better.

It's a food truck that sells beef birria tacos, Elotes, and on Tuesdays burritos also. Some agua frescas or juices too! I've seen the truck around for well over a year but could never catch it because they only come around a few days a week, Tues/Sat/Sun for a few hours. There's always a line on the weekends. However, I finally managed to catch the truck a couple times and it was worth it! I get the quesabirria tacos, they always jam pack them with meat..it's so good..yumm

100/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! The food is amazing and never disappoints! It comes w three tacos, pepper, hot sauce, and consome for 15$. Very filling and worth the price! I also recommend getting the pineapple Agua fresca ( Instagram: eatwlita for more suggestions )
these are some of the best Birria tacos I've had so far. really hearty and tasty and the meat is soooo tender. Theyre operating hours are limited so follow them on Instagram and confirm they are open before making you're way there.

These are the best tacos ever! Flavorful, juicy and the like the crispy edges of the tortilla shells. Yummy! My only complaint is that they only open Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

The best Birria tacos around. The agua fresca? To die for. It’s cash only and the only truck in the city I go out of my way to visit an atm for. The staff are so sweet and they work quickly especially given the delicious food you get once they’re done! The portions for food and drink are phenomenal for the price. Love love love ?❤️

Sauce isn’t what we expected at all. We thought it would be thicker and have some spice to it but it didn’t. Tacos aren’t nasty just don’t go here expecting what you see on tic toc. Looks like wan tong soup more then a broth
