I thought the food was pretty good considering it’s located inside a casino (Rivers Casino). The kitchen is open concept and the space is lovely! Service is very good and food comes out lightning quickly! Excellent shrimp fried rice. My lemongrass pork chops lacked lemongrass flavor, but the pickled daikon was delicious! It’s slightly overpriced but that’s to be expected. I’d return!

First time. Sea food Soup was good. We also got chapped lobster 🦞 for 75$ I isn’t like it. Need to take out the meat with my hands and taste wasn’t much great.

My wife and I were in the casino today and then decided to get something to eat for dinner. We walked over to the Chinese noodle restaurant and found the exterior menu board to be inoperable. We went inside the restaurant and we were given a menu by one of the servers. At this time a man named Calvin approached us and rudely told us that if we were not going to sit at a table, we needed to leave. He said the menu board was an IT problem, not his. We have never been treated so poorly and I wanted you to know what happened. We left the casino pretty upset with no dinner. Someone should speak to Calvin and advise him how to treat customers with a bit more respect!!! Shame on him!!

I got a free 25 meal voucher at the Riverside Casino. Because I had just finished dinner, I ordered a cup of iced coffee for 5 yuan. I played blackjack for an hour, and when I came back to the restaurant to eat. The cashier at the front desk said I didn't have a 20 yuan meal voucher. there is none left. The woman at the front desk stole my 20 meal coupons and points. Everyone must be careful about the score and the meal coupon.

The only seasoning they use is oil. Every type of noodle is bland and overcooked. I'm pissed this is what I had to use my food credit on. The casino needs another food option during the afternoon because this was literally appalling.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. I bought take out so I can watch Monday night football at the sports book. I came back for the desert because they have ice cream on the menu. The lady says sorry we don't do take out ice cream. I said OK I'll eat in. Then she talks to some guy then tells me oh sorry we don't do just ice cream for dine in. Spend your money somewhere else where they are friendlier.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times on my visits to Rivers Casino. The foods that I have tried are pretty good, but I have decided not to return because of poor customer service provided by one of their managers (Calvin). I took my friend (a Vegan) from out of town there on 6/17/23. The selections for Vegans are extremely limited; however he ordered a vegetable dish, which included large pieces of garlic. At the very end of his meal as he was about to consume the last two pieces of garlic, he realized that one was a piece of bone. A couple suggested that we let the server know. He called Calvin over who claimed that since my guest had finished his meal, there was nothing he could do. He even implied that the bone might have come from my plate, even though I wasn't eating anything with bones. Calvin walked away without offering an apology. The couple next to us said they would never eat there again and left. I called Calvin over and let him know that we did not appreciate the unprofessional way he handled the situation and that I would be writing a review. I paid my check in full and didn't mind, but I think an apology was in order.

Vegetarian options: Too limited ?

We didn't know it was inside a casino. We did not like the fact it was in a casino with a lot of smoking. But it was nice to be where it was. The food and service was good.

Good selection, but our food was a bit bland . Tofu was way too mushy, pepper steak too rubbery. The staff was very, very friendly and attentive though. Prices are definitely above average.

Great food and service! The manager is super nice and wants to accommodate everyone. There was a mix up with the reservations.she handled quite well. The food is delicious and authentic. Spring rolls and chicken fried rice. The tea was awesome too!

Opentable Diner

This was a pleasant surprise. Food was very good, hot and fresh. Only complaint was the seasoning on all the dishes we had was slightly bland but that could just be us and our preference. Service was good, seated promptly on a Friday night, hot tea was delicious and everyone was friendly. Price point can't be beat. Of all the (3) casino Chinese restaurants (here, Parx and Live) this was our favorite all around
