Placed an order with friends in town for the roots picnic. One person we were with had lived nearby and raved about the pizza. Placed the order using Slice, total was almost a hundred dollars. They forgot an order of our wings. No big deal. I called and a woman answers and apologized. I asked for a refund as it was too late to drive back. Was assured I would get my money back. Fast forward two weeks and multiple phone calls later - no refund! I was told on one phone call that they remember me and they did give me my wings and another time that they could make them for me now. Now they don’t even answer my call. I requested help through Slice since that’s the service they use for online orders and claim they can’t reach a manager.
Where is the accountability?

Better than the new place next door if you’re looking for a classic cheese pizza. Solid NYC style pizza in the area.

They won't except it when they get your order wrong. And they give you a hard time when you try to tell them. The pizza is ok, but there service is a deal breaker for me. Good service is supposed to be about the customer. Everyone isn't trying to get free food. I won't be ordering anything more from them.

Good pizza though its very salty. Im not really complaining though lol Price was ok too. Nice little Mom and Pop pizza shop.
Parking: Got lucky getting a spot across the street but I can see where it could get crowded espically if you try to put your 4 ways on to go in. Theres a parking lot across the street at the light next to the haunted attraction that would work as a nice back up spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Simple trip from door to counter. Nothing in the way with enough space to maneuver.
This place is not that great. The no-frills descriptor is VERY accurate. Felt like I was eating half melted cheese on a sheet of cardboard.Another thing is they don't really understand addresses too well (or possibly English). I live only 8 minutes away and they said they don't deliver that far without even checking the address. That's assuming they even pick up the phone, which goes to voice-mail very quickly when calling, as they hit decline past 10pm so as to not go outside.Horrible service, horrible food, not going to be around for much longer. Even pizza hut is better.

Can't go wrong with Mike's or Angelo's but I personally think Mikes is better. Less fancy shop for better food at better prices. I have mostly gotten pizza and fries which are sooo good, but I also got a stromboli and I give it a solid 8.
