Don’t get me wrong the food is good and the staff is friendly but she is just clumsy or either just bieng petty idk but I order the same thing all the time eggs bacon n grits and for the last 4x I order it was a diff price all the time it bieng more than the last I think I’m getting overcharged and also it’s no menu either that says the prices so it’s just like she makes her own prices up depending on her mood or if it’s a good busy day or not but this time was the worst cause I order sausages with my order which came up to like 26$ which I think is extremely over priced but whatever and when I got home and open it up of course they messed up my order and missed the sausage so I paid extra and didn’t get extra portion I live pretty far so it wasn’t worth me driving back and during traffic so I tried to call and all day I couldn’t get thru overall good food but just bad service

I have been visiting this spot since 2001. Same great food, same family. Miss Mom and Pop being there but i am so glad to see the kids take over and continue serving food. The food is great and the price is good. Freshly grinded coffee, fresh food made to order. I dont care what anyone says but this is my go to breakfast spot in the entire Philly area.

I was getting my nails done across the street & i originally wasn’t going to stop by but i walked past the place & felt such a good vibe i had to walk in. as soon as i walk in a lady in the front greeted me very nicely, the service was 10/10 but there was just a special energy everyone was super nice the food was delicious the pancakes were so fluffy & warm the whole time i was there they made sure i was okay & had everything i needed no bad vibes at all & i enjoyed eating in.

The service was great we used to go here for yrs when I was in my 20's. It was cheap back then. I went 3 days ago. & was in shock when I was charged 15.00 for some bacon egg & ch. With home fries & an orange juice. I thought that was just a bit too much.But grateful for the food. I guess I can blame the economy for that. Or next time find a diner that have special on the same food for lower price.
