This is a great hideaway with terrific food and very good coffee and my favorite herbal teas.
Today I visited this coffee shop to order a sandwich that was supposed to have turkey, brie and honey mustard. I have a digestive disorder by the name of colitis so ingredients are important to me. I would bite into my sandwich to find the presence of horseradish, which put me in immediate discomfort. I returned to get to the bottom of why it was on my sandwich. I was informed by an employee that they "mix" it with other stuff and its NOT honey mustard, but dijon mustard that they start with. I feel betrayed and will not be back. All in all, the positive thing I can say is that the staff is usually nice.
Nice location with a Friendly Staff. Easy to see right off of S 4th Street servicing Philadelphia and the adjoining areas. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends. We will definitely be going back.
Been dieing to try this cafe for days. I walked past it late at night in longing. Totally met all my expectations! Delicious latte with almond milk, beautiful foam art, perfect temp, cozy atmosphere, and welcoming staff. Id love to sit here with a book for days. This is my new favorite philly cafe!
Great place with a hugely hipster vibe. There's outdoor seating when the weather permits and the front section has these big glass windows for a ton of light. In the back are benches and tables (you'll need to dig around for an outlet) making it a cozy spot to do work. The prepared sandwiches are super good.
