The customer service was awesome. The sample tasting of each flavor very so good. The variety of flavors very enticing to get them all. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-08

Really nice staff, fun ice cream options. Thriller Night is chocolate raspberry and my favorite but don’t sleep on the vegan sticky rice and mango. I’m not vegan but it really tastes like mango sticky rice and the texture is still like ice cream and or sorbet.

Philly’s absolute BEST ice cream, without a doubt! I make it a point to check their social media every day and RUN down as soon as they drop new flavors because they sell out quick!

My only gripe is they don’t stand by their products. So, if you buy a pint and there’s something off about it, they won’t rectify it. Obviously that’s not enough to deter me from exclusively eating their ice cream, but I did have to find a creative workaround for this issue.

This is what an ice cream shop should be. Real ice cream, not just bulk sugar cut with some milk to make a "frozen dessert". The flavors are all made from real ingredients, berries and fruits and herbs. If you haven't tried this yet, you're doing yourself a huge disservice.

Omg, walked by and saw they had 4 vegan flavors. I am dairy free and when the family gets ice cream, I’m usually left with a choice of vanilla or vanilla, if I’m lucky. Last night I had the sticky rice and tonight the pb&j. Both were absolutely amazing.
